Instead, relax into truly being yourself.
Here is a liberating thought:
You are already enough. You have amazing strengths.
Stop working so hard to be someone else.
Instead, lean into being your best self.
Nancy: I remember what it was like when I was always striving to be better, to be enough, to succeed. What did all that pressure give me? Headaches, tight muscles, unhappiness. There was always more to do and I couldn’t feel the joy of accomplishing any task. I wasn’t very present to people and whatever I was doing.
Consider this, thinking in percentages:

So instead of pressuring yourself this year, how about
Truly be yourself! You are cool. You are enough.
