Oops, that last one smarts. Why do we do that? Why do we invest in stories that negate the wonder that we are?
Neuroscientists tell us we get into ruts running the same stories in our minds. We’re only focusing on 80% of what’s actually happening – positive or negative. We collect evidence to support how we feel about ourselves.
AND, we have a choice. We can begin to see more. Intentionally jump across the chasm of self-doubt to see what’s positive and true about the core of our being.
