When Martin, a leader in his company, came for coaching, he felt stalled and immobilized. He was a good man who had difficulty believing success and happiness were possible. He was going through the motions of being a leader, and became so self-focused that he spent an inordinate amount of time trying to prove himself.
With coaching, his self-awareness increased. He embraced inner strengths he had been blind to. With his improved level of self-confidence, he saw team members who needed support in a new light and helped them expand their abilities.
In a surprisingly short time, his team came together, with increased capacity.
The company regards him as a skillful leader.
Coaching creates great results.
